FLASH POINT 

These jewels of the fields flash with the fury of their encounter.  Even the palest feathers shimmer with unexpected iridescence when turned in the sunlight.  As the autumn fields fade in hue, the bleached cornstalks are illuminated by the vivid flurry of feathers.  The emptiness of the negative space and the swirl of dust accentuate the frenzy of the moment.  A lone wild morning glory twists among the stems and pales in the presence of such brilliance.
